I'm new to JAVA, and want to setup JAVA Compiler in my Laptop, but my seniors preferred me to use JAVA using Notepad, instead of using BlueJ or any other software. So I agree with them and Downloaded JAVA SDK 7, but when I try to run my first program (Which is Hello World!), I don't know why but that didn't work. Its not the JAVA syntax related error, but problem related to setting up compilet. Because it is saying 'javac' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. Change Windows Explorer Taskbar Pin Default folder to Computer

Default action for Windows Explorer Pin under Taskbar is set to Libraries, which is kind of unusable. If I want to start Computer, either I have to Go to Start Menu and select Computer, or I have to go to Desktop, and launch Computer from there in Windows 7. But in Windows 8, since there is no Start Menu, I've to go to Desktop, and launch Computer from there.

With this small process, you can change your Windows Explorer Pin/Icon under Taskbar to Computer, Control Panel, Documents, C: Drive, D: Drive or whatever you want.

Get Back Start Menu Functionality in Windows 8

(Video Tutorial Also at END of page) Windows 8 Release Preview, all fun, except removed Start Menu, and I want to launch Paint, but only way I found that go to Start Screen, and search for "Paint" there, and then I start, But Finally I fixed my Windows 8 to this.

Finally I made my Desktop to show Start Menu, as it should be show there, although it doesn't give functionality as that was in Windows 7/Vista, but at-least all my Shortcuts are here.

Torrent Sites Unblocked in India Finally

As per latest court order, Indian ISPs have unblocked video-sharing, file-sharing, torrent site like vimeo.com, thepiratebay, torrentz, pastebin

It was in news last month that following Reliance, Airtel had also blocked torrent services and video sites after they received the ‘John Doe’ court order. Thousands of users from various states of India found the access to torrents blocked.

The court said in its updated ruling, according to Medianama (Indian News Site), which obtained a copy  of the order which specifically states that the copyright holder has to list the infringing URL, instead of demanding the shutoff of an entire website, that "the interim injunction is granted only in respect of a particular URL where the infringing movie is kept and not in respect of the entire website. Further, the applicant is directed to inform about the particulars of URL where the interim movie is kept within 48 hours."

Recently Microsoft launched it's Social Networking website name So.cl. 

Found that it's Main Page is quite simple in look, and attractive. You can't create an account on this site, for signing in you need to use your Facebook account or Windows Live account.
