Google Web Fonts is an official Google Webpage where you can find Open-Source Font, at this moment this collection include 500+ font families. You can preview your own Word, Sentence, Paragraph to see how it looks like in any font.

You can also download these fonts if you like them, Just grab them to your collection by pressing Add to Collection, and click on Download Your Collection.
In Left Pane you can find fonts in more categorized style like Width, Thickness; Its such a great division of Fonts and you can easily find Fonts Thick-Thin-Fat or whatever your need.
By clicking Pop out Button below any Font, you can preview how the Special Symbols (like @,&,¶,Á) will look like.
