Torrent Blocked, Unblock It or Use Alternatives

No wonder Torrents are the most widely used file sharing resource, all the Movies, TV Seasons, Games, Videos, Software and all other pirated stuff is first delivered to this world via Torrent (which is illegal, I suggest you to buy original/genuine/authorized product if you need it). Most often Torrent services are blocked in University, College or Hostel Campus for saving the bandwidth, because when you download a file using Torrent, its not all after downloading it starts uploading to other user (seeding), which is essential for health of Torrent, so even after finished downloading it keep using bandwidth, and in today's time it's not cheap to pay for unlimited bandwidth, Bandwidth now cost a lot.

But as student you might need to download any important file via torrent which is eventually blocked at your area, so you can use following approaches to unblock it or downloading file from a torrent.

Is it blocked or I am just not able to use it -

It's the most tremendous case when actually P2P (Torrent works on basis of P2P) service is not blocked, just you are not able to download torrent online, or browse torrent online.

Torrent can be blocked by following methods on a server -

1. Blocking Torrent websites - so you are not able to browse torrent related websites.
2. Blocking *.torrent - You are able to browse website, but whenever you tries to download .torrent file to your computer, it gives an error.
3. P2P is blocked - You are able to browse torrent sites, and download .torrent file, but torrent is not able to connect to trackers, or tracker shows offline.

Time to Unblock or cross the barricades -

 Case 1. Torrent websites blocked

Now if torrent sites are blocked, then there could be two sub-cases here,
A) either you are not able to access to any URL, which include word torrent
B) torrent site is actually blocked
well in both case solution you need to use an online proxy server, which can transfer website to you using there on server (in short Online Proxy server, first browse website on their own server then transfer content to you using there own website). But if it's an URL filtering then you have to make sure that URL doesn't consist Torrent word in itself, so you have to use URL encrypting to remove Torrent word from URL.
following are free online proxy servers -

Case 2. .torrent file is blocked

It's no longer an issue, since most of all torrent site now support Magnet URL, in which you just have to click there and torrent will be automatically added to Queue list of your torrent client. But still if you want to download .torrent file, you can do it by putting '?' (A question mark sign) right after link to .torrent file (make sure it's not a redirect page).
exp - if URL to torrent file is http://reloadrefresh.info/jjiiikoo/lop/movies.torrent
then change it to http://reloadrefresh.info/jjiiikoo/lop/movies.torrent? (notice the '?' mark), and you are good to go.
If it is still blocked, use any proxy server provided for Case 1

Case 3. P2P blocked

Well it's the worst case, only solution for this issue is by using online bit-torrent clients like ZbigZ or similar.
To download using online Torrent client, first go to the torrent download page which file you want to download, and then copy it's Magnet URL (right click on Magnet URL, and select Copy Link Address or Copy Link Location). Now go to one of the site given below, which meets your requirement, and register there if mandatory, and in add your Magnet URL to there by pressing Download Torrent, or Add Torrent. Simply paste URL there, and within few time (at blazing speed of 10 MBPS), the file will be downloaded to there server, from there you can download to your local computer without even using uTorrent Client.
Online Torrent Client Sites -
No login required just simple open the site, add Magnet Link, wait for fetch to complete, and start downloading as free user, doesn't support simultaneously downloading more then one file (Free User), support resume, Download Speed upto 150 KBPS
Login required, but advantage is that it support High Speed Downloading speed (downloaded myself at speed upto 3 MBps via University Internet), support 10 GB per account per month, after that you need to create another account to keep using service, support parallel downloading.

I'm only mentioning two sites, because after searching a lot, there are only two site I found working, although there are other sites, that are paid (e.g http://put.io). If you have torrent blocked on slow speed internet use zbigz, for high speed connection use filestream.
